BCS accomplishes the right source skill sets and pricing by use of a virtual corporation. BCS has a network of certified professionals with specialized experience, skill sets, and capabilities in diverse areas of the profession.

BCS has been highly successful in using this organizational structure to provide the highest levels of client satisfaction including on-going business relationships.

BCS utilizes handpicked consultants that have a commitment to quality, high integrity, and a customer service orientation. We utilize professionals that we have worked with and are familiar with their strengths and areas of expertise within the profession. Use of these resources is carefully considered and is usually driven by client scheduling constraints, geographic location, or a tightly constrained project budget.

We are very sensitive to who represents our organization in this profession. These qualities are more important to us than merely billing hours. Our reputation is priceless. Our staff carefully reviews all project deliverables before delivery to our clients.

It has been the experience of BCS that the matching of external resources to specific project or customer service requirements is an ongoing focal area. This is a BCS strength that has been beneficial to customers in both the short and long term concerns of their BCM programs.
